Welcome to Zibiqo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zibiqo web application, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Zibiqo is a tenant evaluation platform for Indian rentals, enabling tenants to build a verified trust score and owners/landlords to discover quality tenants.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using your phone number or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Zibiqo allows users to upload documents (such as PAN cards, electricity bills, or Index II property documents) to verify identity and property ownership. By uploading these documents, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to do so and that the information provided is authentic.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload any malicious code, or to harass or harm other users of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zibiqo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
